PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module which can carry out a PWM/PAM control of a brushless motor, which is free of noise, small in size, and low in cost. SOLUTION: The power module has an integrated structure comprising a three-phase inverter module and a molded board on which a smoothing capacitor is mounted, and which is electrically connected to the three-phase inverter module. With this constitution, the power module which does not need wirings, has a three-dimensional structure, and hence has a low noise level and a low- cost structure can be obtained. |
