PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a referring method and a document describing method effectively realizing the copyright protection of a contents preparing person of a document described in a tagged language. SOLUTION: A browser for performing a display process of the document 8 checks a tag to be referred of referring object contents before displaying contents described in a reference tag, and, when access and citation are to be charged, displays the fact and informs a user (a page preparing person 2 or a page accessing person 3) of the fact. When the page preparing person 2 or the page accessing person 3 understands the charged access and citation of the contents, the browser transmits via a network (the Internet) information for paying fee using a conventional online payment system comprising an accounting server 9 (arrows AR1 and AR2). Then, the browser displays reference contents. |
