PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for canceling inside-penetrating magnetic field, without disturbing the peripheral environment magnetic field outside of the magnetic shielding room for canceling the inner invasion magnetic field leaked into the magnetically shielded room. SOLUTION: Two single inner magnetic field compensation coils are arranged in parallel and are made into a Helmholtz coil shape. It is set to be an inner magnetic field compensated coil for one axial component. Three groups CX1-3, CY1-3 and CZ1-3 are matched with the respective directions of an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis, and they are attached to the inner side of the magnetically shielded room surrounded by a magnetic shielding material. A single or three or more inner magnetic compensation coils for one axial component may be given. In the coil on the entry way 1C of the magnetically shielded room, the part can be detoured or can be connected so that it can be cut off by a terminal. |
