PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an owner knowable a departure time to move from a moved point to a destination even if the owner moves anywhere when the destination and scheduled arrival time are registered with an information terminal. SOLUTION: This schedule control support system is provided with a portable information terminal 1, a schedule registration means 3 for pre-registering the schedule of the owner of the information terminal 1, a time information storage means 4, a position detection means 6 for detecting the present position of the owner of the information terminal, a transportation time information storage means 7, and an information processing means 2 for obtaining the shortest route from the present position to the destination, calculating a required time to determine the departure time, and sending departure time information to inform the owner of the information terminal 1 of the departure time to the information terminal 1 based on the information on the destination and scheduled arrival time registered in the schedule registration means 3, current time information from the time information storage means 4, information on the current position of the owner of the information terminal 1 detected by the position detection means 6, and transportation time information 7. |
