PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care information management system capable of managing care information without requiring nurse's labor. SOLUTION: The system consists of an information transmitting unit attached to a cared person or arranged on a position for distinguishing the cared person from others and capable of transmitting identification(ID) information for distinguishing the cared person to the external in a non-contact state, an information receiving unit attached to a nurse and capable of receiving the ID information when the information receiving unit itself is separated from the information transmitting unit by a prescribed distance and a timer means for counting time when a distance between the information receiving unit and the information transmitting unit is the prescribed distance.
