PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple assembling method of mounting a metal fitting to a reflection plate for a fluorescent lamp reflection plate, and to provide a sure fixing method which prevents sway and twisting, and to provide a mechanism which does not add unreasonable force to the fluorescent lamp when holding, mounting, or dismounting the fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: A fixing part 12 formed on a reflection plate 4 and a fitting part 11 of a mounting metal fitting 3 are jointed with face contact without gap at a width 13 and held by a spring force. By the above, the mounting metal fitting 3 is fixed so as not to sway back and forth or twist. On the other hand, for holding and detaching the fluorescent lamp, a ring-shaped elastic ring 6 is formed with a structure of encircling the fluorescent lamp, and an opened part for detaching in vertical direction is formed, by the above, the fluorescent lamp is prevented from unreasonable force.
