PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for providing a multi-modal seamless information which can provide information on a route, etc., being required by a user by a simple operation of the user even if the user is any one of a walker, passenger, driver, etc. SOLUTION: The device comprises a user state estimation means S11 for estimating a state indicating that the user is any one of the walker, passenger or driver on the basis of information from the user a user information storage means 21 for storing private information of each user; a rule information holding means 22 for holding an information retrieval rule and information processing rule and an information processing means for performing processing including retrieval and processing of the information on the basis of the estimated state, private information of the user, and the information retrieval rule and information processing rule, thereby outputting the result. |
