PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a system by preventing the deterioration by fatigue at endurance time of a sleeve 10 in the heating system for sandwiching, carrying, and heating a heating object P by a pressure contact nip N of the rotating sleeve 10 and a pressurizing roller 30. SOLUTION: Flanges 23a and 23b for holding the sleeve by an outer peripheral surface are arranged in both end parts of the sleeve 10, and at this time, a flange inner diameter is formed larger by a prescribed quantity than a sleeve outer diameter. Thus, as the sleeve is deformed by copying after a pressurizing roller shape in a nip part when allowing the pressurizing roller 30 shorter than the sleeve total length to abut to the sleeve 10, a sleeve end part having the outer periphery held by the flanges can also be deformed so that sufficient frictional force for integrally rotating the sleeve 10 and the flanges 23a and 23b can be obtained by this deformation.
