PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular fuse and a fuse holder capable of preventing a defective contact between the electrical contact surface of the tubular fuse and the terminal of the fuse holder. SOLUTION: The projected part 13a of a fuse element 13 is soldered inside a recessed part 15 and recessed lines 16a and 16b, and the outer surface of a solder 17 is prevented from projecting from the outer end surface of the fuse cap 14. Also, an annular projected line 25 is formed on the spring part 23 of a terminal 22. Thus, the projected line 25 of the terminal 25 comes in direct contact with the outer end surface of the fuse cap without passing through the solder 17. Accordingly, a defective contact resulting from the creep of the solder 17 can be prevented, the electrical contact between the projected line 25 and the outer end surface of the fuse cap can be assured satisfactorily.
