PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of appropriately changing the control accuracy of a transmission beam according to the movement of a mobile station. SOLUTION: In a base station 10A, the data from a transmission data generating section 11 is bisected, each data is added with weight in a weight deciding section 34, is added with data in a first and a second pilot generators 13a and 13b, is subjected to phase modulation in quadrature modulators 15a and 15b, and is transmitted from each adaptive array antenna 16a and 16b to a mobile station 20A. In the station 20A, the received signal is RAKE synthesized/modulated in a RAKE synthesizer/modulator 22 and is outputted. The data of the output of each antenna pilot modulation 40 is sent to a feedback command generating section 46 by a phase difference calculating section 41 and a receiving power comparing section 42. In another system, a transmission adaptive array antenna control mode is judged in a control mode deciding section 44 on the basis of the output from a control data demodulating section 43. Control feedback data is generated in a control feedback data generating section 45, and is transmitted to the station 10A with a feedback command. The antenna control mode in the station 10A and complex load are decided and updated.
