PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast-cleaning device for a rotating electric machine that enables the maintenance of the cleaning quality of constituting sections of the rotating electric machine and to save labor for cleaning work. SOLUTION: Dry ice particles 11 are stored in a blasting device 6. The particles 11 are supplied to an injection nozzle 8 by compressed air from a compressor 7, to inject the particles 11 from the injection nozzle 8 onto foreign particles 10 adhered on a portion 9 to be cleaned of the rotating electric machine. This device removes the adhered foreign particles, even on a narrow portion by the impact force of the dry ice particles 11, thermal shock caused by the ultra-low temperature of the particles 11, and an abrupt cubical expansion at sublimation of the dry ice.
