PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize smallness and lightness of a device as a whole by making a lens part small and light and also to facilitate handling, manufacturing and assembling of the lens part. SOLUTION: Radio waves from a synchronous satellite are made incident from the lateral circumferential face of a hemispherical lens 120 obtained by dividing a spherical lens into two. Radio waves converged by the semispherical lens 120 are reflected by a cross section of a radio wave reflector 110 and take a plane symmetry with respect to the spherical lens because the semispherical lens 120 is mounted on the radio wave reflector 110. Then, a radiator 130 is arranged at the convergence position of radio beams formed on the lateral circumferential face of the lens 120, i.e., a focus, and the radiator 130 can thereby receive the radio waves from the synchronous satellite and on the contrary, can transmit radio waves to the synchronous satellite. Because the semispherical lens can be used, the lens part can be made small in size and handling, manufacturing and assembling of the device are made easy.
