PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor sensor which can output an optical current corresponding only to the light components directly incident to a light receiving part. SOLUTION: When a substrate 1 is colored in black, most of the light components 7 other than components directly incident to a light receiving part 3 can be absorbed into the substrate 1. Accordingly, the light components reflected by the substrate 1 and a mold resin 4 can be prevented from entering a semiconductor chip 2. Thus the sensor can output an optical current corresponding only to the light components 6 directly incident to the light receiving part 3.
