<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manpower dispatching device capable of immediately dispatching a temporary staff on request by a customer. SOLUTION: Management information including manpower information, etc., regarding manpower to be dispatched is stored in a storage means 11. The customer transmits a temporary staff collation signal including manpower dispatch conditions from a manpower dispatching service terminal 20 to a manpower dispatch management device 10 when the customer desires to receive manpower dispatch service. The manpower dispatch management device 10 retrieves the temporary staff information suitable for the manpower dispatch conditions and transmits it to the manpower dispatch service terminal 20. The manpower dispatch service terminal 20 transmits a manpower dispatch request signal including the selected temporary staff information to the manpower dispatch management device 10. The manpower dispatch management device 10 connects a manpower dispatch terminal 30 corresponding to the selected manpower information with the manpower information service terminal 20. An image and voice of the customer and the temporary staff are transmitted and received via the manpower dispatch service terminal 20 and the manpower dispatch terminal 30.</p> |
