<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for internet protocol filtering that sets an entry of a filtering table only for a specific time so as to control a flow of IP packets in a network for each time. SOLUTION: A router 1 is provided with network I/F sections 9a-9d that connect with LANs 5-8, a filtering table RAM 10 to which entries are registered as filtering conditions executed in the case of receiving IP packets, and a CPU 11 that sets a range of an application time when an entry is applied and validates or invalidates an entry depending on whether or not a current time is within or outside of the application time.</p> |
