SOLUTION: Provided are an input means 21 for information, a display means 22 for information, an information image storage means 23, an information catalog storage means 26, a communication means 24 for an external device, and a processing means 25 for information controlling the operations of those means, and the information image storage means 23 stores settlement information images, including settlement-related information related to credit settlement.
