PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired information free of charge on condition that an advertisement is viewed, questionnaires are answered or a quiz is solved when the desired information is obtained by a portable terminal device through the Internet. SOLUTION: When the information is obtained from a homepage displayed on the portable terminal device, the desired information is distributed free of charge on condition that a mail address of a personal computer is sent. A server which is connected to the Internet confirms the mail address of the personal computer and then provides the desired information for the owner of the portable termination device. The owner of the portable terminal device when starting the personal computer later views the advertisement sent from the server. To acquire the information from the homepage by the use of the portable terminal device, the information can be accessed through a menu displayed at the display part of the portable terminal device, by a link on the display screen, or from a URL. |
