PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system capable of facilitating an access to information on application for approval of an approved route by members. SOLUTION: This work flow system is provided with a work flow server 5 for storing at least an approved route, portable terminals 11, 21, and 31 allocated to the members (drafters 1, intermediate approvers 2, final approvers 3), and fixed terminals 12, 22, and 32. The information on application for approval transmitted, based on the approved route stored in a reference table 6 in the work flow server 5, from the portable terminal 11 of the drafter 1 through a portable terminal server 4 or from the fixed terminal 12 is transmitted in parallel with the portable terminal 21 allocated to the corresponding intermediate approver 2 and the fixed terminal 22. In the same manner, the information on application for approval is transmitted from the intermediate approver 2 to the final approver 3 for final approval. |
