The anchoring part (1, 2), which is to be inserted into the plastic, of a hinge eye (4) has an edge shoulder (2) which projects in the height direction parallel to the axis of rotation. In the direction from the axis to the anchoring part (1, 2), the centre part hinge consisting of the hinge eye with the anchoring part firstly has a reduced width and then, thereupon, a parallel shoulder (6) having the same width as the hinge eye (4). The centre part hinge widens on the boundary, adjacent thereto, with the anchoring part (1, 2) in height and width in a step which serves as sealing surface during injection. The edge shoulder (2) follows as the second step. During the injection process in the injection mould, the special shape of the hinge takes account of the seals required for the high pressures which occur, and effective anchoring of the anchoring part (1, 2) in the injection material is achieved. <IMAGE> |
