PURPOSE: Provided is a device for dehydrating vegetable wastes which discharges the vegetable wastes as a solid body after completely removing water contained in the vegetable wastes. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a housing(10) having an inlet(14) and an outlet(15), a pair of screw(20) each of which is supported by the housing to be rotated by the rotary force of a motor and has a spiral squeezing wing(22) along the circumferential surface, a dehydrating case(30) surrounding the screw in a state of forming a regular space to work squeezing force on the vegetable waste when moving between the pair of screw and the housing and having dehydrating holes(32) to discharge dehydrated water and a cylinder(40) having a pressing member(44) to cut-off or permit the discharge of the dehydrated vegetable wastes according to the squeezing force, wherein the inner space of a vegetable transfer path between the screw and the dehydrating case grows smaller from an entrance side to an exit side.
