PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized duplication when recording digital data in a hard disk built in a personal computer. SOLUTION: This computer comprises a first memory means 108 and a second memory means 106 storing a specified number of a second coding key 110 and a third key 107 for enciphering a first key 103 used for enciphering enciphered data 105, a second enciphering means enciphering the first key 103 by using all or a part of a second key 109, and a storing means 7 recording the enciphered data 105 and a first coding key 113 in a pair.
