PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a processing plan in an object process or a physical distribution control at high speed in a manufacturing/carrier process for processing a plurality of products in a plurality of different process routes and selecting the plurality of different process routes for each product. SOLUTION: This processing plan preparing device 31 is capable of easily determining proper carrier equipment, carrier route, manufacturing equipment, manufacturing process, carrier starting time, carrier terminating time, equipment use staring time, equipment use terminating time, manufacturing quantity and carrier amount at high speed by a function for detecting a product group to be manufactured or carried based on the present physical distribution state and information, extracting a process route selectable candidate for the product group and selecting combinations advantageous in strategy from all the combinations, a function for constructing each mathematical model constituted of a linear formula and an integer restrictive formula for the selected combinations, a function for optimizing each mathematical model based on an evaluation function and a function for extracting a combination showing a best evaluation value of the optimization results. |
