SOLUTION: The electronic shopping system which sells the onboard equipment stores in databases 22 to 25 fitting kit information needed to fit the onboard equipment while making it correspond to combinations of the onboard equipment and vehicles and information regarding fitting dealers which fit the sold onboard equipment to vehicles. A web server 3 determines a fitting dealer and a fitting date and time according to the location and desired fitting date and time of a consumer inputted from a consumer terminal device 2a and the dealer information saved in the database and sends them to the consumer terminal, and finds fitting kit information needed to fit the sold onboard equipment to the vehicle of the consumer in the database and makes arrangements for delivering the onboard equipment and a fitting kit, etc., to the fitting dealer 7a. |
