<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impact excellent transmissive visibility and input response to a liquid-sealed touch panel and prevent leakage of a liquid after production. SOLUTION: A liquid-sealed touch panel 10 comprises first and second detector elements 16, 22 which respectively have transparent insulating board 12, 18 and transparent conductive films 14, 20 provided on surfaces 12a, 18a of the insulating boards 12, 18, a seal member 26 which causes the conductive films 14, 20 to oppose to each other through a space 24, mutually fixes detector elements 16, 22 and seals the space 24 against external environment, and a transparent insulating liquid 38 enclosed in the space 24. The seal member 26 is equipped with a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 34 extending in the form of a band along the outer peripheral edges of the insulating boards 12, 18 of the detector elements 16, 22. The pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 34 is formed as a rectangular member having a prescribed thickness and held between the conductive films 14, 20 of the first and second detector elements 16, 22.</p> |
