PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing, reading and transmitting personal data without providing a separate storage means having a large information storage capacity to a mobile phone. SOLUTION: The method includes a step where a mobile terminal 30 transmits read transmission data combining a mobile communication terminal identifier, a personal data name, and a read instruction to a mobile communication controller 10, a step where the mobile communication controller 10 extracts the mobile communication terminal identifier, the personal data name, and the read instruction from the read transmission data, a step where personal data stored in advance and corresponding to the mobile communication terminal identifier and the personal data name are read by the read instruction, and a step where the mobile communication controller transmits read response transmission data resulting from combining the mobile communication terminal identifier, the personal data name, and the personal data to the mobile communication terminal.
