PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to grasp a program so that one can easily create or modify the program. SOLUTION: An instruction means that operates a stack pointer and stores flag information in a holding stack designated by the stack pointer and an instruction means that controls an output on the basis of the flag information in the holding stack designated by the stack pointer are previously set. A program source is created, on the basis of these instruction means, without using a wealth of ifs. Thereby, one can easily look through the program source, can be easily grasp the program, and can simply create or modify the program.
