PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify maintenance to a network managing device. SOLUTION: A router 102 and a terminal 104 of a vendor A, a router 103 and a terminal 105 of a vendor B, a terminal 105 of a vendor C, and the network managing device 107 are respectively connected to a network 101. Maintenance centers 109 and 110 of the vendor A, a maintenance center 111 of the vendor B, and a maintenance center 112 of the vendor C are respectively connected to the network managing device 107 via a public line or the Internet 108. The network managing device 107 has a storing means storing each maintenance center corresponding to each apparatus such as the router or the terminal, and when a fault occurs in a certain apparatus of the apparatuses, it selects a maintenance center corresponding to the fault causing apparatus and sends fault information to the selected maintenance center.
