PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesive strength between a drum core and a base. SOLUTION: An inductor is provided with the base 2 made of an insulating material, a pair of terminals 3 and 3 that are in a state of positioning, and the drum core 4 wound by a winding 5 that is connected with the terminals 3 and 3. The drum core 4 is adhered to the upper surfaces of the base 2 and terminals 3 and 3 in a manner to stride the terminals 3 and 3. At least an adhering surface area 21 to the drum core 4 in the terminals 3 and 3 is in non-plating state.
