PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure for indirect daylighting allowing soft lighting from a window formed in an external wall for enhancing a view of decorations in a display space. SOLUTION: In this wall structure 10 for indirect daylighting constructed of a light shielding external wall 13 and sidewalls 14 arranged on the interior side of the light shielding external wall 13, a pair of lighting windows 15 are arranged on both sides of the light shielding wall 13 while putting it between them, and a pair of sidewalls 14, each of which is separated from the light shielding external wall 14 while holding an overlapping part 16 with it, are protruded to the interior side of the light shielding external wall 13 while covering a pair of lighting windows 15. Sunlight taken in via the lighting window 15 is reflected by the respective sidewalls 14 to be reflected further by the light shielding external wall 13, and then, the reflected sunlight is led into indoors as indirect light.
