PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist-adjusting structure of slacks so as to have a fitting property and a room without giving a pressure to a girth. SOLUTION: This waist-adjusting structure is provided by separating a waist belt 4 to a front belt part 6 and a rear belt part 7 at the upper end of a side pocket opening part 5a, also forming continuously an elastic belt 15 at the base end of a pulling belt 13 inserted between a surface cloth 7b and a reverse side of the waist 7c from an opening part 14 installed at the surface cloth 7b of the rear belt part 7, fixing the base end of the elastic belt 15 with a buttock stitch 16 side in the rear body 2b, making the waist as adjustable by changing the length of the overlapping part of the front belt part 6 and the rear belt part 7 by changing the engaging position of the pulling belt 13 with a buckle 11 by engaging the tip end side of the pulling belt 13 at the buckle 11 installed at the separated end part 6a of the front belt part 6, and capable of absorbing the displacement of the girth by the elasticity of another elastic belt 10 linking the front and rear belt parts 6, 7 and the elastic belt 15 continued to the pulling belt 13 even on changing the body shape of a wearing people after adjusting the waist once as above by linking the separated end part 7a of the rear belt part 7 with a rear part of the waist 6c of the front belt part 6 by the elastic belt 10.
