SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a fiber supplying means 4 having a fiber guiding passage 13 equipped with a fiber guiding face 28 to guide a fiber F of a fiber structure into an opening 6c for insertion of a yarn guiding passage 7 and a fluid device to generate a vortex flow around the inlet opening 6c of the yarn guiding passage 7. The fiber guiding face 28 is faced to the yarn guiding passage 7 and the fiber F can be supplied to the inlet opening 6c of the yarn guiding passage 7 through the fiber guiding face 28 and thereby.
