The bouquet stand is made of a single elongated flat piee (1) folding into three-dimensional form by means of fold lines (4A,4B) paired in parallel and symmetric to the material (1). Close to a pair of lines (5A,5B), also parallel and symmetric to transverse center axis (2) but twice as far from this as the line pair (4A,4B), the material (1) has respective transverse tapers (5C,5D) made by lengthways cuts in both sides of the piece (1). The narrowest points (5A,5B) of the tapers (5C,5D) are the same width and lie mirror-symmetric to the center axis (2). Thus the outside contours of the piece (1) stand mirror-symmetric to the center axis (2) and/or the longitudinal axis (3) as laid normal to the transverse center axis (2). The side cuts are formed by concavely rounded sectors of the long sides of the piece (1). Once folded, the piece (1) is drawn elastically together in its three dimensional shape at the narrowest points (5A,5B) of the tapers (5C,5D) by a rubber band or cord (13) as fixer.
