PURPOSE: A pulse tube refrigerator is provided to improve freezing performance and efficiency by forming phase difference of working fluid narrowly. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator includes a pulse tube(8) having an extremely low temperature part formed by mass flow and pressure pulse of working gas flown in by reciprocation of a piston(3); an innertance tube(9) fluidically connected with the pulse tube and having a diameter(D2) different from a diameter(D1) of the pulse tube to generate phase difference between the mass flow and the pressure pulse of the working gas; and a reservoir(10) connected to the other end of the innertance tube.
