PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triboelectric charge imparting member which can control toner charge quantity at a preferable level from a side of the triboelectric charge imparting member. SOLUTION: In the triboelectric charge imparting member used in electro-photography, at least a part which comes into contact with toner has a resin coating layer consisting of a resin component. The resin coating layer is characteristically formed of the resin component containing at least a binding resin, a quaternary ammonium salt compound having positive electrostatic chargeability to iron powder and aminosilane coupling agent. |
