PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of corrosion of metals at a wire bonding part in a recording head of the bubble jet (Trade Mark) recording method thereby to attain a long-term use, in particular, even in the case of a strongly acidic ink containing a large amount of electrolytes. SOLUTION: The ink jet ink comprises water, a colorant bearing at least a cationic group and a water-soluble organic solvent, contains at least an acid and a nitrite and has a pH of 3-7. |
