PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when electroconductive fine powder is added to a sealing layer of a cover tape so as to prevent electrostatic charge of the cover tape, bond strength and visible light transmittance of the cover tape are reduced. SOLUTION: The sealing layer of the cover tape is mixed with 0.1-30 pts.wt. of an organic cation imparting antistatic agent having a particle diameter from 1μm to the thickness of the sealing layer.
