SOLUTION: The first joint element 51 mounted on the first mounting section 1 and connected to a piping on the rear side of the first mounting section 1 and the second joint element 52 installed to the second mounting section 2a disposed on the surface side of the first mounting section 1 and connected to the faucet 100 on the surface side of the second mounting section 2a are mutually inserted and joined.
