PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a DVD video is used as an educational material of a foreign language one disk cannot respond to learners having different skill levels such as a beginner's level, a middle level, and an advanced level, because only one voice of the foreign language and a caption combined with one video are conventionally recorded on one disk. SOLUTION: A plurality of different original word voices and original word captions are assigned to the video contents for the educational material of a foreign language, and selected original word voices and selected original word captions are reproduced with a video at reproduction. This deals with the learners having a plurality of skill levels, without greatly increasing the amount of information. In a video portion which requires the coincidence between a video and a voice in such a case as a person talks, the harmony among the video, voice, and the caption is maintained by using the voice and the caption coincident with the videos of the plurality of different voices and captions in common.
