PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor which has an inorganic surface protective layer excellent in physical stability and hardly causing cracks or peeling in the environment for practical use or by a long-term storage or the like and which is excellent in durability compared to conventional photoreceptors. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has an organic photosensitive layer and an inorganic surface protective layer laminated in this order. At least the outermost surface part of the organic photosensitive layer in contact with the surface protective layer contains an aryl amine derivative expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), A is an aryl group or heterocyclic group having 7 to 16 atoms which constitute a ring or a group expressed by formula (2), R1 and R2 are mutually the same or different and represent hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups or alkoxy groups and m and n are integers from 1 to 5. In formula (2), Ar represents an aryl group, heterocyclic group or an aralkyl group.
