PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking cage turning device capable of remodeling an old parking device without a built-in turn-table into a conventional vertical circulation type multistory parking device with a built-in turn-table so that a customer who parks a car can easily drive it forward without backing the car to reduce a time when the customer moves the car out of a parking lot. SOLUTION: Cage, car and pallet can be turned all together, and the very thin type turn-table is used so that the number of parking cars is not reduced without changing the height, and a building can be used asitis.
