PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a rolled sheet without deforming its outer surface. SOLUTION: The system has a carry-out vehicle 12 in which a ram shaft 11 is supported in the state of a cantilever and a pedestal 2 movable in the directions (d) and (e). The ram shaft 11 is disposed in a lifter 21 which is moved upward (f) and downward (g) by a vertical movement drive part 22 along a mast 17 on the carry-out vehicle 12. The mast 17 is disposed so that it can be moved in the horizontal direction along a guide rail 16 on the carry-out vehicle 12. The system also has a horizontal drive part 19 for horizontally moving the mast 17 in the directions (d) and (e). A rolled sheet Sa is moved from the main body of the winder 1 to the pedestal 2, and the carry-out vehicle 12 is brought near to the pedestal 2. Then the ram shaft 11 is inserted into the winding core 7 of the rolled sheet Sa, and the carry-out vehicle 12 is run to a prescribed position with the rolled sheet Sa being suspended by the ram shaft 11.
