PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle structure in which the property of getting on and off of a motorcycle body can be improved like that of a scooter-type motorcycle by utilizing a space forward of a seat, and the strength of a motorcycle body frame is sufficiently high. SOLUTION: The motorcycle body frame 3 comprises a down tube 10 in which at least the rear part thereof is located downwardly from the rear part of a main frame 9, and a seat supporting frame 5 extending from the rear part of the main frame 9. A front wheel 27 is supported by a head pipe 8 via a front fork 26, and a rear arm 31 disposed behind the down tube 10 with the front part thereof pivotably supported by the rear part of the down tube 10 so that the rear part side is oscillated in the vertical direction is provided. A rear wheel 33 is supported by the rear part of the rear arm 31. A seat 39 is supported by the seat supporting frame 5. A space 44 penetrated in the width direction of the motor cycle body 2 and opened upwardly is formed above the rear part of the main frame 9 and forward of the seat 39.
