PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of maintaining a force to connect an installation member such as a trim board to an installed member at a high level even if the thickness of the installed member such as a body is varied considerably. SOLUTION: This clip 38 comprises a head part 42 engaged with the installation member and a leg part 43 extending from the head part and installed through the installation hole of the installed member. The leg part comprises a sucker-shaped flange 49 adjacent to the head part and in contact with one surface of the installed member and a shaft part 50 extended from the flange. The shaft part comprises an elastic locking part 54 formed in large diameter at a position close to the flange but apart from the thickness of the installed member. One or two radially extending slits 53 to provide an elasticity allowing the flange edge part 51 to be deformed to the head part side while maintaining a force pressed to the installed member in the axial direction of the leg part are formed in the sucker-shaped flange 49. The elastic locking part 54 of the shaft part is formed of a first elastic locking part 55 at a position near the flange and a second elastic locking part 57 at a position apart from the flange more than the first elastic locking part, and the second elastic locking part is formed larger in outside diameter than the first elastic locking part.
