PURPOSE: Provided are a high solid acryl resin composition having excellent adhesion with a material to be adhered, and excellent physical property such as scratch resistance, hatching property, weatherability, and so on, and maximized anti-fouling property, and an anti-fouling paint containing the same. CONSTITUTION: The high solid acryl resin composition comprises a monomer mixture of methacrylic monomer having aliphatic group, methacrylic monomer having hydroxyl group, acrylic or methacrylic functional monomer having higher alkyl group, and other monomer; a chain transferring agent; and an initiator. The monomer mixture comprises 1-20 parts by weight(with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total monomer mixture) of styrene or acrylic or methacrylic monomer containing fluorine component, and 1-20 parts by weight of silicon monomer.
