PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound useful as an active ingredient of a medicine such as an antitumor agent. SOLUTION: This compound is represented by the formula (I), and exhibits antitumor activities by controlling the progress of cell cycle. The compound can be produced by separating and collecting the compound from a cultured product obtained by culturing fungus RX97-94 strain belonging to the genus Fusarium.
