PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for fixing a ceramic and a metal pin sufficiently large in fixing force and high in airtightness. SOLUTION: After the metal pin 16 is fixed to the ceramic plate 12 with a glass 14 interposed between the metal pin and a through hole 20 in a pin insertion process or a baking process, the metal pin 16 is passed through a gold gilding treatment in a gilding process. Since the metal pin 16 is fixed to the ceramics plate 12 by the glass 14, the fixing force is greatly enhanced as compared with that in a fixing structure by pushing-in of fixing the metal pin only by a frictional force. The metal pin 16 is favorably suppressed not to slip off even if receiving a shock or the like. Moreover, the airtightness is also remarkably enhanced by the glass 14 interposed between the metal pin 16 and the through hole 20. |
