摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless tubular body for a belt base material which is advantageous to manufacturing cost, can fasten a functional layer thereto by an anchor effect and can impregnate the inside of a hole with a function imparting component when imparting various kinds of functions and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The seamless tubular body for the belt base material is composed of a porous membrane made of an aromatic polyamide obtained by a wet solidifying method and can be preferably manufactured by a manufacturing method containing at least a process in which a membrane manufacturing raw liquid obtained by dissolving the aromatic polyamide in a solvent is applied in a tubular shape onto a membrane manufacturing base material having a tubular surface, a process in which the membrane manufacturing raw liquid applied onto the membrane manufacturing base material is immersed in a coagulating liquid to obtain the porous membrane by solvent displacement and a process in which the coagulating liquid is dried and removed.
