PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body for an anchor member allowing more firm fixation between a structure and a ground, and the anchor member using the same as well as an anchor method using the same. SOLUTION: The bag body 4 to be used for the anchor member A for fixing the structure to the ground is woven in a cylindrical shape with a water swollen fiber mixed yarn. The bag body 4 is used to form the anchor member A, preventing entry of a water from the outside, rusting of a tensile member 1 inside the anchor member A and internal destruction of the anchor member A.
