摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing structure at a low cost with a simple processing and a relatively long life. SOLUTION: In the dynamic pressure bearing structure, a female screw hole is formed on a rotation shaft and a seal screw 30 of which a head part 31 having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of a support member is formed is threaded thereto. L-shaped fluid guide grooves 37, 39 are formed on a seat surface and the head part 31 of the seal screw 30. A fluid guide groove is also formed on a slide hole of the support member and a lubricant is interposed between the seat surface and an end surface of the support member, the head part 31 and a cap body, a rotation shaft and the slide hole. The rotation shaft is rotated in a non-contact state. Therefore, even if a pressure is raised, the lubricant is not leaked out and a reliability is also enhanced. Since the fluid guide grooves are formed on the seat surface and the head part of the seal screw, it is not required that this is formed on the support member hardly processed. Since the fluid guide grooves are heading-molded at the time of molding of the head part of the seal screw, a processing and a polishing work become simple and the dynamic pressure bearing structure can be provided at a low cost.
