SOLUTION: Since a pit section 40 is mounted adjacent to the continuous footing 4 and the drain pipe 60 is laid by utilizing the inside of the pit section 40, the replacement, exchange or removal of the drain pipe 60 can be conducted easily in a short period in the case of maintenance, the extension and alteration of the building or the like with time.
